资源简介 U4 Exploring LiteratureIntegrated Skills 第一课时 教案教材分析:本课时主要操练学生的综合语言能力。该部分教材介绍了书籍的主要种类,设计听力练习,操练学生的听说能力。教学中注重语言的运用,采用任务型教学法,自主学习与合作学习相结合的学习法,扩大课堂的语言输入量及学生的语言输出量。教学策略与设计说明:采用任务型教学法(Task-based language teaching),布置活动任务,设置活动目的,创设情境,引导学生完成相关任务,在活动中达成教学目的。教学目标:在本课学习结束时,学生能够:语言能力上,语言运用能力得到提升,尤其在视听方面,掌握一定抓取信息技巧;积累有关书籍种类的表达(novel, short story, poetry, play, autobiography, biography)。思维品质上,通过分析与归纳各类书籍的特点,思维逻辑性与问题分析能力得到训练。文化意识上,了解书籍分类与部分国内外代表作品,扩充文学知识,提升文学素养。学习能力上,自主思考能力、合作学习能力以及语言运用的综合能力得到训练。习得并感知演示幻灯片的使用场景以及作用。教学重点:书籍分类,视听能力。教学难点:结合语法知识,以课堂教学为依托,全面训练学生的听、说、读、写、能力,加强和提高运用英语的综合能力。教学资源:教材、多媒体课件、黑板与粉笔。教学过程:步骤 教学活动 设计意图 时间与模式Step-1 Lead-in: Ss are asked to share their opinions as for the question: What has reading brought to you Then, Ss are asked to watch a video about the advantages of reading books with the task that they need to catch the main opinions. After that, some Ss need to share their answer. 通过话题讨论和观看视频,引出本课话题,激发学生的兴趣;布置任务以驱动学生调动已有知识进行分析与思考。 7’ IW/CWStep 2 Book club: T describe what Book Club is, and leads Ss to think about what activities book club does. Linking to Ss’ personal experience, T asks two question to make Ss have a deeper understanding about the topic. T introduces some popular types of literature with taking corresponding books as examples to prepare Ss for the following activities. 介绍主要的书籍分类以及相关代表性作品,丰富学生的语言积累与文学素养。过程中,教师与学生进行互动,锻炼学生的表达能力。 10' CW/IWStep 3 Conclusion: T divides Ss into several groups to discuss the components of the PPT slides. T helps Ss to think about the function and features of the slides. 延伸讨论PPT的功能、作用和特点。提高学生学习能力,深度理解PPT对于学习的帮助。 3’ GW/CWStep 4 Have a Discussion: T raises the question: Which type do you like most and which type do you like least T provides several sentence patterns for Ss expressing. Through this, T conducts a poll that Ss vote on the most popular and the least popular type of literature. Ss can share their opinions freely. 通过投票和自由发言,让学生对接下来的听力话题展开猜想。为视听做准备。 5’ CWStep 5 Watching a video: T shares some skills with the students for the following watching video activities and exercises: 学习听力技巧,运用到在视听练习中。 3’Step 6 While-watching: In this step, Ss need to do the exercises in B1 and B2 successively. Firstly, Ss are asked to get familiar with the questions in B1 and then T plays the video. Whether to play the video again depends on the students’ performance. After that, the class checks the answer together. Before the start of the second listening task, T guides Ss to analyse what pare of speech of word should be filled in. which words are for locating or limiting answers. Through this, prepare Ss for the task. After all tasks, T analyses sentence by sentence, by the way, T can help Ss realise the atmosphere in library. 听力训练,操练听说能力。 第二个听力任务开始前,教师带领学生分析题干,推测需填词汇的词形,为听力做准备,使学生熟悉该听力技巧。 15’ IW/GW/CWStep 7 Discussion: Firstly, T makes a summary of the whole activities.
