教材分析:
本课时主要围绕主题“喜爱的歌曲”,设计歌曲档案的课堂活动,通过小组合作和小组竞争的学习方式,让学生在做中学,在学中做。教学中将综合训练学生的独立思考能力、团队协作能力、自我评价能力。成果展示后学生需锻炼反思提高能力。在实际的操作中,促进学生加深对于歌曲的理解,懂得描述歌曲的要素和表达方法。最后,复习本单元重点内容,从语言到文化各个方面进行总结和反思。
教学策略与设计说明:
采用任务型教学法(Task-based language teaching),布置活动任务,设置活动目的,引导学生完成相关任务,达成各教学步骤设计目的。
教学目标:
在本课学习结束时,学生能够:
语言能力上,掌握音乐档案的组成部分和核心内容,能够阅读与写作完成关于音乐描述的文本,在实际的操练中进一步复习本单元的语言知识。
思维品质上,发展审美能力和归纳事物特点的能力,发散性思考歌曲内容,创造性思考歌曲的特点。
文化品格上,通过制作关于喜爱歌曲的档案,加深学生对于此歌曲全面的了解,提高对于英文歌曲中文化内涵的理解。
学习能力上,提高用英语进行思维的能力,培养自主学习和协作学习的习惯,锻炼学生的实践能力。
教学重点:
学生阅读并分析样例,探讨歌曲包含的内容,制作喜爱歌曲的档案。
教学难点:
以课堂教学为依托,加强和提高运用英语的综合能力。
了解主要的结构与内容,小组合作完成档案。

Step 1 Lead in: T plays a short video at , then asks a question: what is the writer doing And why Ss may answer: record her favourite lyrics, favourite song etc. Then, T asks: What activities would you do for your favourite songs T shows some option and gives some explanation for each activity and leads in “music profile”. 通过视频激活学生已知。贴近生活的内容引起学生学习兴趣。 5’ CW
Step 2 Project task A: First, T gives definition of “profile” for giving the first impression of the project. Next, T leads the discussion for choosing their favourite songs. If possible T can give some tips. Tips: 1. Open your music players, favourite 2. think of your favourite singer, pick a song from him or her 3.Think of your favourite type 通过解释profile的意思,引导学生思考使用场景和制作意义。组织学生讨论,并给与建议,提高学生表达热情。 5’ CW/IW
Step 3 Project task B: T gives some aspects Ss can research for their songs. Each aspect, T gives some detailed information it can cover, and uses Try Everything as example. Also, T needs to explain the language expression in the sample profile. … Finally, Ss have 5-8 mins to research the song they like. 展示搜索内容的方向,给学生提供灵感和想法,运用书本样例,落实研究内容的表达。 15’ CW/GW
Step 4 Project task C: T analyses the design of the sample profile. T highlights the CD pattern as background picture, cartoon character from Zootopia, topic and description. Also, T can give some other possible designs to stretch Ss’ idea. Then, T leads Ss to think what other methods we can present our profile. T can give other two option: PowerPoint and video beside a poster. Then T tell the features of each method. Ss can complete the task after the class. Step 5 Assessment: Ss need to give a reflection to their studying for the unit, and make a detailed plan for following study. During the assessment part, T should guide Ss to review the main idea of each lessons and label the resources and purpose of each question. 培养学生正确认识自己、在课堂中进行自省的能力,并学会发现他人的优点,从而进行学习和自我提高。 6’ IW
