Ss need to think about the types of painting and representative artists and masterpieces they know. Then, T uses a mind map to link everything together and makes the structure and contents logical. Lastly, T asks a question: What may affect the types or styles of painting For expanding Ss’ ideas. 通过创设语境,激活学生已有的关于绘画类型、风格和名画、画家的认知和经验;复习单元话题“绘画的艺术”下的词汇知识、语法知识、语篇知识和语用知识,帮助学生构建单元学习与应用框架。 3’ CWStep 2 Project: First, T leads Ss to think about painter they are interested in and tell the reason why they want to research this painter (hint: achievements and influence). Then, T shows ideas to help Ss to research aspects: personal information, famous works, painting style and achievements. Next, T uses a mind map to organize the ideas and provide some details. Then, Ss need to read the textbook about Xu Beihong and answer the questions (1) When and where was Xu Beihong born (2) Where did he study art (3) What’s his painting style (4) What are his famous works (5) Why is he so important in Chinese art history 探讨本板块内容,梳理描述人物的要素,为研究做铺垫。 加深学生对于中国著名画家徐悲鸿的生平、代表作和画风的了解,激活学生已有的关于绘画和画家的认知,促进学生制作海报的积极性。 15’ CW/IWStep 3 Project: T uses a flow chart to show the steps of the project. Then, T show the sample poster and highlights the sectors of it to remind Ss how to design a poster. 指导学生细化设计过程,在批判性地学习案例与提出改进建议的基础上,创造性地合作完成小组设计方案。 15’ CWStep 4 Project: T teaches sentence patterns to help Ss to present their poster. Then, T give 5-8 mins to let Ss to present their works. 老师讲解演示和演讲 的语言表达,帮助学生解决开口难的问题,提高学生语言能力和学习能力。 5’ GW/CWStep 5 Assessment: Ss need to give a reflection to their studying for the unit, and make a detailed plan for following study. 培养学生正确认识自己、在课堂中进行自省的能力,并学会发现他人的优点,从而进行学习和自我提高。 6’ IWStep 6 Homework: Polish up the design based on evaluation.
