In today’s world,the influence science and technology on our lives is profound and ever-expanding.
Take our school for example.Now there are several HD(high-definition) monitoring the whole campus in case of emergency or school bully(= campus violence).At meal time,we can watch TV news in the dining hall,which enables us to learn the latest international and domestic events.Online courses, virtual classrooms, and interactive educational tools have made education more accessible and engaging. Additionally, our daily life become more convenient and sustainable due to the development of science and technology.
In conclusion, science and technology have a significant influence on our lives, shaping the way we live, learn, and interact with the world.

One Emergency Evacuation Drill
For the purpose of enhancing the security awareness of our students, and teaching them what to do when an emergency happens, our school organized a fire evacuation drill this morning.
The drill began with a emergency announcement, simulating a situation that required immediate evacuation. Instructed by teachers and staff in charge, we rushed to the appointed areas in order. Afterwards, we followed the messages on the air to head for the safe place. On arriving at the playground, we stood in line. Our headmaster made a summary, attaching great importance to safety.
Not only did the drill increase our knowledge of protecting ourselves in the face of emergencies, a fire in particular, but also provided a precious opportunity to deal with them.

Hello, everyone.
I'm very delighted to share with you a traditional Chinese delicacy(精美的食物) I've learned to make from my parents, dumplings.
As one of the most iconic dishes(标志性菜肴)in Chinese cuisine, dumplings are shaped like silver ingots(元宝),representing wealth. When making dumplings, you need to wrap the fillings made of minced(剁碎，搅碎) vegetables, meat or seafood and some spice with thin pieces of dough. After they are made, you need to put them into boiling water to get them well cooked.
Making dumplings requires teamwork and patience. It is also rewarding to spend time working with family members. This online sharing offers me a chance to understand our Chinese food culture better. Last weekend, our school organized an exciting and enriching trip to the Botanical Garden for a flower appreciation activity. This event aimed to provide students with an opportunity to immerse themselves in the beauty of nature and fully relax themselves.
We gathered around the school gate, took a bus and arrived at the garden around 8 o'clock. As winter gave way to spring, a wide variety of trees were in full blossom. The pink, white, red flowers were gently swaying in the breeze, keeping us spellbound(着迷) by their colorfulness. The highlight of the activity was the guided tour, where the guide explained the botanical wonders of the garden. We learned about the diverse ecological systems and the relationships between plants and animals. We also had the opportunity to observe and understand the importance of preservation of our natural resources.What an amazing experience!
During this activity, we came to realize that there are so much joy and beauty in our nature that wait for us to discover and appreciate.
