注意以下短语的运用：
（1）、关于迟到的表达：
arrive late for…；注意介词for的正确运用，例如：arrive late for school上学迟到；arrive late for work上班迟到
We have to be on time. 我们必须准时。（不提迟到，却表达了“不要迟到”的意思）
（2）、注意on time与in time：
前者表示“按时”，例如：The headmaster asked us to get there on time. 校长叫我们按时到那儿。
后者表示“及时”，例如：Thanks to the doctors , the old man was saved in time. 多亏了医生们，老人被及时救治了。
（3）、关于listen 和listen to的用法：
前者表示“听”，不强调具体内容，例如：The teacher is having class and the students are listening.老师正在上课，学生们在听。又如：I like to listen to music on the weekend. 我喜欢在周末听音乐。
（4）、关于be strict 的正确用法：
be strict in sth. 在某方面要求严格；例如：Our math teacher is very strict in his work .我们的数学老师对自己的工作要求严格。
be strict with sb. 对某人要求严格；例如：Our teachers are strict with us. 我们的老师对我们要求很严格。
、关于“遵守规则”、“违反规则”等短语，需要特别记忆。
follow the rules遵守规则；break the rules违反规则
可能用到的书面表达的句子。
基本句型及用法：
、关于情态动词can表示可以做的事和不可以做的事情。
主语+can \ can’t + 动词原形；例如：I can’t eat in the classroom , but I can eat in the dinning hall. 我们不能在教室里吃东西，但是我们可以在餐厅吃。又如：We can listen to music outside or in the music room. 我们可以在外面或是在音乐教室里面听音乐。
、祈使句的否定句：Don’t + 动词原形；例如：Don’t wear a hat in the classroom. 不要在教室里面戴帽子。
、关于there be 句型
There be句型表示“有”，be动词在使用时，要换成is \are，当后面的名词是单数时，则用is； 当后面的名词为复数时，则用are。例如：There is an apple on the table. 桌上有一个苹果。又如：There are some strict rules at our school. 在我们学校有一些严格的规定。
、关于must和have to
都是情态动词，都可以表示“必须”，用于表示必须做的事情。must没有人称和数的区别，have to有人称和数的变化，常见形式“has to”。例如：I must do my homework before I can watch TV. 在看电视之前，我必须写作业。又如：I don’t want to go there , but I have to , because my mom asks me to do it. 我不想去那儿，但是我不得不（去），因为我妈妈叫我去那儿。又如：She has to study at home for the English test. 她不得不呆在家里，为英语考试而学习。
、关于句子They make rules to help us.他们制定规则来帮助我们。
又如：We often play sports to keep healthy. 我们经常做运动来保持健康。
