本次写作任务是建议信，是书信体的一种，主要是针对收信方存在的某一问题提出自己
合理化的建议，从而达到帮助对方解决问题的目的。为了达到交际目的，所提建议要合理、可行、容易让对方接受；语气要和善。本次书面表达创设的语境是：你的新西兰朋友Terry将去中国朋友家做客，发邮件向你询问有关习俗。
内容结构方面，可将信体分成三段：
第一段：引出写作背景，并表明写信目的；
第二段：提出具体建议，并说明原因；
第三段：希望建议有用，并表达美好祝愿。

Knowing that you plan to pay a visit to a Chinese friend's home and are confused about the Chinese customs concerning visiting others,I'm writing to offer you some suggestions.

Dear Ryan,
I'm Li Hua from class 3. Knowing that we're divided into pairs randomly for oral English practice, which I consider inappropriate, I am writing to provide some suggestions for you.
The reasons why I regard it inappropriate are as follows. Initially, dividing us into random pairs may force us to practise with a partner that we're unfamiliar with and restrain our enthusiasm for practice. What's more, a pair of students who are both weak in oral English could prevent us from making progress. So, as far as I'm concerned, it is of great necessity to allow ourselves to find a partner of our own will, which can greatly enhance our practice efficiency.

I'm Li Hua from Class 3. It is impressive of your arrangement for the after-class oral English practice, which is assumed to improve our proficiency, but I have found some problems with the approach. With regards to acceptable grouping, I am writing to offer some practical advice.
Given that our English levels and abilities are uneven and unmatched,random pairing is likely to bring about some problems, such as time scheduling, relationship issue and gender imbalance, which may discourage our interest in and passion for English training and limit our progress. Would it be possible for us to choose our partners based on language proficiency or personal preference I believe it will definitely help to build a more relaxed and harmonious atmosphere, allowing for more interaction and progress.
