过去进行时语法讲解及练习带答案
一、过去时与过去进行时的类比
过去进行时表示的是过去某个时刻/某个时间段正在进行的动作 过去时表示的是过去某个时间发生的动作或状态
时间标志词精确： 1.at+具体时刻+last +周/月/年/星期 2.at this time+ yesterday 3.过去时间段(from nine to ten last evening) 精确到哪一天的几时几刻 时间标志词模糊： 1.last +周/月/年/星期 2.yesterday 3.数字+days+ago 时间词不暗含哪一天的什么时候，比较宽泛
I was playing basketball at eight last night. Tom was eating at this time yesterday. I went there two years ago. Mike saw a film with his sister last Sunday.
二、过去正在进行时的两种构成
主语+was/were+doing sth+过去时间标志词 Sam was having dinner at five o’clock yesterday afternoon.
when引导的过去时间状语从句+主语+was/were+doing sth When the thief came in, I was sleeping
讲解：一个句子到从句转变的关键在于把过去时间的标志词用一个表示过去动作的句子来表示
三、when 和while引导的过去时间状语从句的区别
When+延续性动词/瞬间性动词（强调瞬间性）主句用过去进行时，从句用过去时 While+只接延续性动词 前后两个句子都要用过去进行时
二者都用过去的动作代替了过去的时间，暗含是在过去的某个具体时间发生的
The dogs were playing computer games when I came in. The thief was carrying the TV out, while I was sleeping.
过去进行时的变式
陈述句 主语+was/were+doing+过去时间词
否定句 主语+was/were+not +doing+过去时间词
一般疑问句 Was/Were +主语+doing+过去时间词
肯定/否定回答 Yes,主语+was/were. No，主语+was/were not.
特殊疑问句 What was/were+主语+doing+过去时间词
