A: Background Information
The role of a secretary is one loaded with multiple responsibilities. Coordinating administrative aspects prior to a meeting, as well as taking minutes during the meeting are two of the tasks that an efficient secretary is expected to have mastered. However, having to effectively summarize what is said during meetings and turn this into reader friendly points, is a skill that often comes with time, trial and error.
