教学目标
1. 通过本单元词汇的练习，学生能够灵活使用描述人的词汇，促进对词汇的使用能力。 2. 通过补充关系词的练习，学生能够使用恰当的关系词引导定语从句，补充说明先行词。
教学内容
教学重点： 1. 获取更多主题语境的信息，加深对主题意义的理解。 2. 学习并初步运用恰当词汇和非限制性定语从句描述和阐述自己敬佩的人。
教学难点： 1. 在本单元主题语境中学习非限制性定语从句，让英语句式表达更丰富多彩。
2. 激发学生树立远大理想，向对社会有突出贡献的人学习，努力实现自己的人生价值，力争做一个有责任、有担当的人。
教学过程

Sun Yat-sen (1866-1925) was widely considered to be the founder and forerunner of modern China. He was only in power for a short time, when he was presient of the country in 1912.
