1.Warming Up: 热身复习Sing a song 《Three Green Parrots》，复习There be 句型。2. Leading In: 课文导入播放SBUnit1活动1的动画或录音，请学生看动画或边听录音边看挂图，先整体感知,然后回答问题Are there any monkeys here 再次播放录音，请学生边听录音边跟读。3.New Teaching: 新课教学(1)老师用课件展示Amy's class，观看第一遍动画，整体感知文本，然后判断对错。 1.There are forty-one children in Amy’s class. T F2.There are twenty boys. T F3.There are thirty girls. T F4.It was different in Amy’s class in England. T F5.Sam and Amy have got more friends in China. T F⑵ 再次观看动画，根据提出的问题进行回答填空，并处理生单词about，对文本做进一步的理解。1.How many children are there in her class There are ______ children.2.How many boys are there in her class There are ______ boys.3.How many girls are there in her class There are girls.4. How many children are there in a class in the UK There are about ________ children in a class in the UK.(3) 看屏幕进行第1遍跟读，逐句跟读模仿，然后打开书，用手指着书上的句子进行第2遍跟读，逐句跟读模仿，然后准备好笔，进行第3遍跟读，这一遍要求用笔画出“Are there...”的句子。进行最后一遍跟读，划出课文中的短语。(4)自由读课文，男女生分角色朗读课文，看看谁读的更有感情，教师注意纠正学生的语音语调，培养学生的语感。(5)分小组表演课文，这样不仅可以巩固学生对课文的掌握，而且通过表演可以加深学生对课文的理解。(6)讲解There be 句型的疑问句 在...有...吗？Are there +名词复数+ 地点？肯定回答：Yes, there are.否定回答：No, there aren't.4.训练巩固：根据课文里的重点句子，出示3道连词成句的题目，对重点句型进行巩固。1.I , a , can , ask, you, question ( ) 2. got, in, we, more, friends, have, China (.) 3. many, in, children, there, are, class, your( )

Sing a song of “ three green parrots”Step 2 Presentation展示一组猴子的照片，提出问题：How many monkeys are there 带着问题观看动画，整体感知，看完以后找学生起来回答，然后看屏幕跟读1遍，打开书齐读一遍，最后看屏幕配音读1遍。Step 3. 学习活动2展示活动2挂图，播放动画，请学生边听边看，理解课文语境。 提出问题：1.How many apples are there in the box 2.How many pears are there in the box 再次播放，请学生进一步理解课文。然后，回答问题播放录音，请学生逐句跟读，在跟读过程中注意纠正学生的语音语调，培养学生的语感。学习新单词：thirty学生自由朗读，然后鼓励学生看图复述课文。对子互读。小组内分角色朗读。看图复述课文 Step 4: Consolidation 完成活动3。A:How many children are there in Class 1 B:There are...老师先讲解本课的重点句型：How many...are there... There are...用1班做例子训练一组，然后2班的，让学生先自己思考，对子讨论，最后找学生起来回答，进行对话练习。

There are...表示某地有某物告诉孩子How many后面跟名词复数Step 5: Consolidation 完成活动5：让孩子拿出事先画好的图片，进行一问一答的猜一猜游戏，运用我们这节课学习的新句型来进行问答。先找一组孩子到讲台上来做示范，然后对子在下面练习，再在小组内做练习，最后找几个学生拿着自己的画到讲台上来，让全班同学来猜一猜，反复巩固练习。完成活动6：进行一次校园小记者采访活动，运用我们这节课的句型。先让孩子一起读一下活动6的句子，了解怎样进行采访和回答，然后从班里找一个孩子做小记者，随意采访班里的孩子，最后评选出最佳小记者并给予奖励。
