核心素养目标 通过本节的学习，学生能够： 1. Tell the meaning and the form of Present Progressive Tense; 2. Tell the differences between the Present Progressive Tense and Present Simple; 3. Use the target grammar point to finish the exercise.

Ask students to observe the pictures and tell: What is he/she doing What are they doing Try to pronounce the words when being called or volunteer to do so if one thinks one can do so. Guess the meaning of each word after pronouncing the word right. Look at the pictures and answer the questions.
