Safer Internet Day is on the second Tuesday of February every year. On this day, people in around 170 countries take part in activities to try to make the Internet a safer place for children and young people.
Safer Internet Day celebrates all the great things about being online. We can use the Internet to learn new things, video call family members who live far away, chat with friends, listen to music, watch videos and play games. But there can also be dangers when we are online. Online bullying (霸凌) is when someone uses the Internet to make another person feel terrible, often with bad messages on messaging apps or social media (媒体). Online bullying can happen in games too, when players post unkind messages in the chat box.
On Safer Internet Day in the UK, children do activities at school, at home, in youth groups and in other places. They do tests and have discussions about how to stay safe online.
Here are some tips on how to stay safe online:
1. ▲ When you see something online that makes you scared or worried, or if you know that someone is being bullied, tell a parent, a teacher or another adult who you trust. If someone is unkind while you are playing a game, an adult can help you report or block that player.
2.Don’t meet people who you only know online. It’s possible that people you meet online aren’t really who they say they are. It can be dangerous to go to meet them in real life.
3.Don’t believe everything you read online! Not everything you read online is true. When you look for information, make sure that you use a website you trust. And only share things with your friends if you know that they are true.
26. Safer Internet Day is celebrated in the ________ month of the year.
A. first B. second C. third D. last

A. Don’t give any personal information online. B. Make good use of your time online.
C. Be responsible for what you post online. D. If you see something bad, tell an adult.
29. What does the writer suggest in the last paragraph
A. Don’t believe anything you read online. B. Share everything you get with your friends.
C. Get information from any website. D. Share true information with your friends.
30. What’s the purpose of the passage
A. To tell people ways to stay safe in life.

Music is not just for fun, it can also help us feel better when we’re in pain. A study showed that listening to favorite songs can make the pain less. The most helpful songs were the sad ones that talk about mixed feelings and powerful experiences.
In the study, 63 young adults were asked to bring their two favorite songs. The researchers also gave them seven calm songs to choose from. These 63 adults had to look at a screen for 7 minutes while listening to their favorite songs, one of the calm songs, or a mix of their favorite songs and the calm song they picked. For another 7 minutes, they just sat in silence. During this time, the researchers stuck a hot object to the young adults’ left arms—similar to the pain of a boiling hot teacup on your skin.
After talking about the songs and rating (评估) their pain, the researchers found that people felt less pain when they listened to their favorite songs compared to when they heard the calm song or nothing at all. And people who listened to sad songs felt less pain than those who listened to happy songs.
This study tells us that music, especially the songs we love, can be a good way to deal with pain. It also suggests that sad songs may work better than happy songs at making pain less.
The study’s results are important for hospitals and doctors. They could use music to help patients feel better, especially before or after surgeries (外科手术). But scientists need to do more research to understand exactly how music helps with pain. They could study different kinds of music to see what works best. They could also look at whether music helps with different types of pain, like headaches or sore muscles (肌肉). If music really works to make people feel better, it could be a simple and safe way to help patients without medicine.

阅读下面文本,完成1至5小题。
