动作描写，三种句式：（独立主格+非谓语+时间状语从句）
（1）独立主格
眼泪
Tears welling up in her eyes, she thanked the police with/in a trembling voice.
眼泪夺眶而出，她用颤抖的声音向警察表示感谢。
My spirits sank, tears streaming down my cheeks.
我的情低落，泪水顺着脸颊流下来
眼睛
Eyes filled with regretful tears, sb. do sth.
眼里充满遗憾的泪水，某人做某事
Eyes glittering with relief/joy, sb. do sth.
眼里闪烁着欣慰/喜悦，某人做某事
Eyes widening in joy/disbelief/surprise/shock/fear, sb. do sth.

脸/心/肢体
Face blushing scarlet, he apologized for what he had done.

Heart burning/filled with frustration, she lowered her head.
心在燃烧/充满沮丧，她低下了头
Heart pounding/beating with happiness, he leapt into the air.
心因快乐而跳动着，他跳了起来
Arms/legs/muscles aching and knees shaking/trembling, I sat down.
胳膊/腿/肌肉疼痛，膝盖颤抖，我坐了下来。
（2）非谓语
Considering the threat of the bear, we stayed far away from it.
Feeling extremely angry, she dashed out of the room like a wind.
Having known what had happened, she set about dealing with the issue.
Relieved and overjoyed, we yelled at the helicopter, trying to catch its attention.
Seeing the helicopter, we cried out“Help!”, waving our hands like mad.
To distract the bear, we threw a piece of bread far away.
（3）时间状语从句（while/when/as/the moment）
普通版：Suddenly, Mary found an envelope.
进阶版：While Mary was thinking, she caught sight of an item on the table. She walked towards it and found an envelope.
普通版：I saw a friend of mine.
进阶版：As I was walking in the park, I saw a friend of mine.

替换“sb. do sth.”某人做某事
manage to do sth. 设法做某事
succeed in doing sth. 成功做某事
achieve/accomplish sth. 实现/完成某事
原句：Steve saved the little girl.
改写：Steve managed to save the little girl.
Steve succeeded in saving the little girl.
Steve achieved the rescue of the little girl.
