服装衬料（Interlining）即衬布，是附在面料和服装里料之间的材料，它是服装的骨骼，起着衬垫和支撑的作用。
使用部位：服装的前身、肩 、胸、衣领、袖口、袋口、裤腰。

棉布衬（cotton lining）
常见的棉布衬有粗布和细布衬两种，均为平纹组织，有原色和漂白两种，属于低档衬布。

麻衬是以麻纤维为原料的平纹组织织物，具有良好的硬挺度与弹性，是高档服装用衬。主要用于制作中厚型服装，如中山装、西装等。

平布上胶衬是棉与麻混纺的平纹织物，并且经过上胶。它挺括滑爽，弹性和柔韧性较好，柔软度适中，但缩水率较大，要预缩水后再使用。平布上胶衬主要用于制作中厚型服装，如中山装、西装等。

马尾衬（ horsehair interlining ）
马尾衬是以羊毛为经、马尾为纬交织而成的平纹组织织物，其幅宽与马尾的长度大致相同。 特点是布面疏松，弹力很强，不易摺皱，挺括度好。常用做高档服装的胸衬。

黑炭衬（hair lining）
黑炭衬又称毛鬃衬或毛衬。是由托牛毛、羊毛、人发等混纺后再交织而成的平纹组织织物。它的色泽以黑灰色或杂色居多。其特点是硬挺度较高、弹性好。多用于做高档服装的胸衬、驳头衬等。

树脂衬（resin interlining）
树脂衬是用纯棉布或涤棉布经过树脂胶浸渍处理加工制成的衬布，大多经过漂白。此衬硬挺度高，弹性好，缩水率小，耐水洗，尺寸稳定，不易变形，多用于中山装、衬衫的领衬。

也叫热熔衬，无纺衬（non-woven fabric）。粘合衬是一种非常重要的服装辅料，它是在梭织、针织或无纺基布上涂上热熔胶制成的。其特点是轻、软、雹挺、缩水率小、弹性好。一般用于衬衫的领衬、挂面衬、袋口衬等，还可用于毛料服装的挂面、领面、袋盖及开袋部位。

借助于衬的硬挺和弹性方面，可以对服装起造型、保型、支撑、平挺和加固的作用。
With the help of the stiffness and elasticity of the lining, it can shape, keep the shape, support, flatten and reinforce the clothing.
提高服装的抗皱和强度能力。
