At this time of the year, Zhuang people will get together to celebrate the festival by holding various folk activities, including song fairs, bamboo pole dancing, steaming five-colored sticky rice and throwing embroidered balls. Besides, in some rural areas of Zhuang people, it is a day when people honour their ancestors, like what we do on Tomb Sweeping Day.
