How to Keep Healthy
Recently,the issue of health has been brought into public focus . I entirely agree with the idea that health is better than wealth.
As we all know, we are what we eat. Therefore, it’s important for us to form healthy eating habits. To keep healthy, we should have healthy diets. Not only should we have various foods，but also we should eat regularly and properly. For one thing, I think it is of great benefit to do sports, which contributes to building up a strong body.
