Grammar focus
一、 定义
一般过去时表示过去某个时间发生的动作或存在的状态，常和表示过去的时间状语连用如 yesterday、the day before yesterday、last week、two days ago 等。
一般过去时
I did my homework yesterday. 我昨天做了作业。
Language points
（1）be动词的过去式：am，is的过去式是was；are 的过去式是were。
（2）实义动词的过去式：
①一般在词尾加 -ed。
play—played； clean—cleaned
②以字母e结尾的直接加 -d。
live—lived； like—liked
二、构成
③以“辅音字母+y”结尾的，变“y”为“i”，再 加-ed。
study—studied； worry—worried
④末尾只有一个辅音字母的重读闭音节单词，先双写这个辅音字母，再加-ed。
stop—stopped； plan—planned
⑤常见的不规则变化。
let→let； put→put； cut→cut；
do→did； go→went； have→had；
eat→ate； buy→bought； write→wrote；
swim→swam；sing→sang； begin→began
1. 陈述句
sb. did sth. (主语+动词过去式)
Tina went to the aquarium.蒂娜去了水族馆。
2. 一般疑问句
(助v.) Did + sb.(主语) + do(原形)…
—Did Tina go to the aquarium 蒂娜去水族馆了吗？
—Yes, she did. / No, she didn’t. 是的，去了。/不，没去。
