一、教学目标:
1. 听懂含有 zero, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, telephone, number等词汇的听力材料;
2.能够运用 What’s your/his/her phone number 句式询问他人电话号码,并能正确使用英文数字进行回答;
3.在听力训练中,运用抓关键词等策略获取关键信息。
4.了解数字的在生活中的其他用法和急救电话号码
二、教学重难点
1. 教学重点:
1) 让学生学会询问他人的电话号码,学会交朋友,了解朋友们的信息。
2) 通过听、说的训练,提高学生们综合运用英语的能力,培养学生们学习英语的兴趣,并在学习中体会到学习英语的乐趣。
2. 教学难点:运用数字,听出、说出和记录有关电话号码的问句和回答的信息。
三、教学过程
I. Warming- up and revision1. Daily greetings to the students
T: Good morning, everyone. My name is Winnie. What’s your name, please
S1: My name is Lily.
T: Hello, Lily. Nice to meet you!
S1: Nice to meet you, too.
T: And what’s your name
S2: My name is...
2. Revision Part one:
T: S1, what's his name
S1: His name is ...
T: S2, what’s her name
S2: Her name is ...
Part two:
S1: Good morning. What’s your name, please
S2: My name is Jack. What’s your name, please
S1: My name is Susan. And what’s his name, please
S3: His name is Tony. And what's her name
S1: ...
II. Presentation
1. Guessing game. Draw a picture of telephone on the blackboard. Have Ss guess “What’s this ” Lead Ss to read the new word “telephone” and “phone”. Have Ss pay attention to the pronunciation of the letter “o”.
2. T: When we call others, we should know others telephone number. Present the new word “number”. Pay attention to the pronunciation of “u”.
3. Watch a video about numbers. Lead Ss to sing the song “Ten little fingers” with the music together.
4. Learn the ten numbers one by one. And review some vowels.
5. Speed game. Show some numbers within one second. Ask Ss to stand up and speak out the number as quickly as they can when they see the number.
III. While-Listening
1. Listen and repeat.
Let the Ss look at 1a, then play the tape. Ss listen and repeat the numbers. Present the Ss how the number is divided up. Guide them to understand that three numbers come before the hyphen and four numbers after it
2. Now let’s listen to the tape. Listen to the tape and write down the telephone number on your book. (Play the tape for the Ss.)

IV. Pair work
1. Let Ss watch the conversation and think. Discuss in groups and fill in the blanks.
观察与思考:观察划线部分,询问对方电话号码时,使用特殊疑问词 what“多少”,答语为“It’s+_电话号码_” 或“My telephone number is... ”。
2.. T: Now please work with your partner and ask each other questions about phone numbers. Eg:

V. While-Listening
1.
T: Point to the numbered names. Read each one aloud along with the number that comes after it. Then say each number and ask a student to read the name before that number. Tell Ss to listen to the tape and match the names with the telephone numbers.
2. Point to the blanks in the four telephone numbers. Tell the Ss that the last two numbers of each telephone number are missing. Listen to the tape and then fill in these numbers. 3. Check the answers:

4. Listen to the conversation 1 and 2. Pay attention to the following sentence patterns.-What’s his/her telephone number -It’s ________________.VI.After-listening1. Practice the conversation more like this.

本单元继续围绕“结交新朋友”使学生学会打招呼和介绍自己、询问他人姓名的基本句型:“What’s your/his/her name My/His /Her name is ...”; 通过复习以上句型,学生练习了形容词性物主代词 my/your/his/her;通过查询电话号码 “What’s your/her/his phone number ”,学习数字 1~9,同时也进一步促进学生之间的相互了解;通过以上几个方面的学习,使学生在轻松、愉快的学习氛围中熟识新伙伴。本堂课通过唱歌、游戏、比赛的方式巩固数字,让学生真正感觉到是在“玩中学,在学中用”从而使教学达到了“乐教乐学”,大大提高了学习兴趣。同时,学生听力理解先听大意,然后再听细节的过程中,初步用听的技能获取、处理和传递所需信息。在学数字以及进行听力模仿时,感知英语发音特点,培养语感,提高口语表达水平。本节课设计听力过程层层递进,结构分明,学生参与度较高,取得较好的课堂效果
