教学目标
（一）知识目标：
1.学习usually,us,ride,thing, ill等单词
2.知道在对日常活动和当前活动进行比较时使用不同结构的句子。
（二）能力目标：
1.能用I usually来介绍自己的日常活动
2.能在对日常活动和当前活动的比较中正确选择和使用不同时态的句子。
（三）情感目标：
培养学生积极参加运动的意识。通过学习，对自己通常的周末活动有所了解。
教学重点
1.能听懂、会说、会读以下句子：
I usually ride my bike. But I’m not riding it today.
I usually do my homework. But I’m not doing my homework today.
2.能用usually描述自己的日常活动。
教学难点
能在对日常活动和当前活动的比较中正确选择和使用不同时态的句子，在比较中学习总结两种时态句子的运用规律。
教学准备：单词卡、调查表、头饰
教学过程：
Step 1: Warm-up
1. Greetings
2. Sing a song
（教师热情和学生打招呼，相互问好，然后师生一起唱学过的英语歌曲）
3. Listen and do the actions
read a book
watch TV
play football
listen to the radio
do my homework
tidy my room
(老师从词组入手复习前面学过的句型,这样可以达到热身的目的，同时为后面的新授做好铺垫.)
Step 2: Presentation
1. Listen to the tape and say.
I usually go home at four.（看看小熊们通常会做什么，学生初步感知“usually”的用法。教授 “ us” ）
2. T: Well, boys and girls, on Sundays,I usually listen to the radio. What do you usually do （出示图片，学生学说句型）
S1: I usually do my homework.
T: But today he’s not doing his homework.
S2: I usually read a book.
T: But today he’s not reading a book.
Step 3: New-teaching
1. T: Daming does many things on Sundays too. But today he is not doing these things. Why And what’s he doing today Let’s listen to the tape.
He’s ill. He’s watching TV. Teach and try to spell “ill”.
2. T: Now let’s listen again and try to complete the investigation table in groups. What does he usually do

I usually ride my bike. But he’s not riding it.
I usually do my homework. But he’s not doing his homework.
(通过完成调查表格，充分调动学生主动学习的积极性。以小组的形式完成本任务，可以以优带差，培养学生团结合作的精神。)
3. Read these sentences in boy and girl.
4. T: Now, let’s listen to the tape again and repeat sentence by sentence.
5. T: Please practise to read the text in pairs now.
6. The teacher acts as “Father” and the children as “Daming”
Step 4: Consolidation
1. Say the chant: One, two, three, four, I usually play basketball.
Five , six , seven, eight, I am not playing basketball.

2. Guessing game.
Eg. Daming: I usually _________. But today I’m not __________. I’m____________.
3. Task paper.
