学情教材分析 学情分析: 【Know】Students are highly motivated before the class. They have a general understanding of transports. And some key words and expressions in the conversations have been previewed before this class. 【Want to know】Students want to know how to get places by different transports. Then they’re able to use them to make conversations with their partners. 【Learned】At the end of this class, students will summarize what they’ve learned. 教材分析: This lesson is the listening and speaking part of Section A. 【What】The conversations are talking about how to get to some places. 【Why】Students can use these key words and sentences to talk about how to get places in daily life. 【How】Students can extract key information from the recording by locating key words. Besides, students can talk different transport ways with their classmates.
核心素养目标 By the end of this lesson, students will be able to: 1.语言能力 (1)To master key words and expressions about transports. (2)To master key sentences, i.e., -How do you get to school -I ride a bike. -How does she get to school -She takes the subway. (3)Get to know key sentences, i.e., -How long does it take -It takes about twenty minutes. -How far is it from your home to school -It’s about two kilometers. 2.思维品质 (1)Guess what they’re talking about according to pictures to enhance students’ ability of observation and prediction. (2)Make conversations in groups to improve students’ capacity of cooperation and communication. 3.学习能力 Learn to key words and sentences to talk about how to get places in daily life. 4.文化意识 Learn about the different transport ways in different cultures.

Step One Warm-Up Pronunciation 根据所给音标拼读单词，并猜测词义。 【语言能力】 [5minutes] Lead-in To get the students engaged in the class with pictures about transports. 【语言能力】 【文化意识】 [5minutes] Present the phonetic symbols of the key words in this part to the students and let them pronounce the words with their phonetic knowledge from last term either by calling some students to do so or giving the chances to the volunteers. T shows Ss some pictures and asks Ss to think about what they are. Try to pronounce the words when being called or volunteer to do so if one thinks one can do so. Guess the meaning of each word after pronouncing the word right. Ss look at the pictures and share their ideas.

Step Two Presentation Pre-listening To introduce the new words to Ss. To help Ss practice new words through two activities. Thus students are able to finish 1a. 【语言能力】 [3minutes] Step Three Practice While-listening To help Ss practice the key sentences learned in 1c. To finish 2a and prepare for 2b. To listen and learn about key sentences in 2b. Post-reading To cultivate students’ ability of group work. To offer a good chance to practise oral English. To offer a good chance to employ key sentences. 【语言能力】 【文化意识】 【思维品质】 [12minutes] 1.New words T shows students the new words in the picture. 2.Activities Match and say What’s missing Guess and make conversations. 2a T plays the tape. T plays the tape again. 2b T plays the tape. 1.2c T tells Ss the rules of group work. 2.2d Use information in 2b make conversations. 3.Activity Use the key sentences in 1c & 2c to make conversations with your partner. Ss learn to read the new words and match the words with pictures. Ss match the words with pictures. Then they need to look carefully which word is missing. Ss say the numbers and guess what kind of transport it is. Then they make a dialogue with partners. Ss listen, repeat and circle the numbers they hear. Ss listen and write the correct number next to the word. Ss listen and complete the chart in 2b. Ss do a sport survey in groups. Ss make conversation in pairs. Ss make conversations with partners.
