1）bread n.面包
【搭配】 a piece of bread 一片面包
bread and butter 涂上黄油的面包

【搭配】 make tea沏茶 green tea绿茶 black tea 红茶 a tea pot茶壶
a tea cup茶杯 a tea set茶具

3）bar
① n. 条；块

② n. （门、窗的）闩；杆

PENNY: Not very.
SAN: Here!
Put it on this chair. What's in it
PENNY: A piece of cheese. A loaf of bread. A bar of soap. A bar of Chocolate.
A bottle of milk. A pound of sugar. Half a pound of coffee.
A quarter of pound of tea. And a tin of tobacco.
SAN: Is that tin of tobacco for me
PENNY: Well, it's certainly not for me!

2）Not very.不太重。
“not very”是“it is not very heavy”的省略形式。
3）Here!Put it on this chair.What’s in it 放在这。把它放在这把椅子上。里面是什么东西？
在没有扶手的椅子上是用介词 on, 而在沙发或者是有扶手的椅子上则用 in。
比如：sit in the sofa/sit on the chair
4）A piece of cheese一块乳酪
A loaf of bread一条面包
A bar of soap一块肥皂
A bar of chocolate一块巧克力
A bottle of milk一瓶牛奶
A pound of sugar 一磅糖
Half a pound of coffee 半磅咖啡
A quarter of a pound of tea 1/4 磅茶叶
And a tin of tobacco. 和一盒烟丝
cheese, bread, soap, chocolate, milk, sugar, coffee, tea, tobacco 这些都是不可数名词。在不可数名词前是不能加 a 或 an 的，并且它们也没有复数形式。如果想表示“一些”时，可以用 some 或 any 等词。比如：There is some milk in the icebox.
5）Is that tin of tobacco for me 那盒烟丝是给我的吗？
6）Well, it’s certainly not for me! 噢，当然不会是给我的！

1）bird n.鸟
【补充】 a flock of birds一群鸟
A bird in the hand is worth two in the brush.双鸟在林不如一鸟在手。

【搭配】 （not…）any longer已经（不），再也（不）
any more 已经，再 any time 随时，无论何时
【用法】一般情况下，some 用于肯定句，any 用于否定和疑问句。

不可数名词的数量表达
物质名词可数的情况
①当物质名词转化为个体名词时。
比较：Cake is a kind of food.蛋糕是一种食物。（不可数）
These cakes are sweet.这些蛋糕很好吃。（可数）
②当物质名词表示该物质的种类时，名词可数。
This factory produces steel.（不可数）
We need various steels.（可数）
③当物质名词表示份数时，可数。
Our country is famous for tea.我国因茶叶而闻名。
Two teas，please.请来两杯茶。
不可数名词量化使用不可数名词如需用数量来修饰，需在前面搭配上合适的表示数量的词或短语①不可数名词的数量一般用some , much , a lot of , lots of , a bit of , a little , little等数量形容词表示。
eg: some meat 一些肉 a lot of money很多钱 a little water 一点水
②不可数名词的数量还可以用适当的量词（由普通名词充当）作单位来表示，
结构为“数词+量词（普通名词）+ of + 不可数名词”。其单复数变化就体现在普通名词上。
eg: a piece of paper 一张纸 three pieces of paper 三张纸
一些常见的用来表示不可数名词数量的词
①piece(条、块、片、张、份、则)
eg:a piece of meat 一块肉 a piece of bread 一片面包 two pieces of advice 两条意见
②glass(玻璃杯) , cup(茶杯) , bottle(瓶)
eg:a glass of milk 一杯牛奶 a cup of tea 一杯茶 six bottles of beer 六瓶啤酒
③loaf(条)、bar(块)、tin(听，罐)
eg:a loaf of bread 一条面包 a bar of soap 一块肥皂 a tin of tobacco 一听/罐烟丝
④basket(篮)、bag(袋)、box(箱，盒)
eg:a basket of food 一篮食物 five bags of rice 五袋大米 a box of wine 一箱白酒
⑤kilo(公斤)、pound(磅)
eg:a pound of sugar 一磅糖 two kilos of meat 二公斤肉 half a pound of coffee 半磅咖啡
