课标分析
本课是依据《义务教育英语课程标准（2022年版）》中的精神，根据国内外先进外语教学理念编写而成。它是一套能体现我国中学生心理和认知的特点，满足广大中学生学习需求的英语教材。现针对本套教材编写的指导思想、主要特点、体系结构以及教学和评价等方面。本课教学目标分为：
能力目标：
阅读短文，能按要求找到相应的信息。通过阅读提高学生们的阅读能力。
知识目标：
1.学习掌握下列词汇：

2.了解《西游记》中美猴王这一人物的大体情况
情感目标：
学多阅读中国传统文学名著，让学生们明白中国传统文化的博大、精深，并吸取中国传统文化中的精华。
重点：
1) 掌握本部分出现的生词和词组，达到熟练运用的目标。
2) 阅读短文，获得相关的信息。通过阅读练习，来提高阅读能力。难点

课后反思
英语教学中，阅读教学是比较难教的部分，也是极为重要的部分，其目的是培养学生快速准确地理解和获悉外语语言的能力。在中学英语的教学中，因为课文的简单易懂，所含的信息量少的缘故，很多中学英语教师忽视了文化对语言的影响，而导致了一些语言情景的不真实，和虚假的语言的产生。跨文化交际意识的培养，是英语教学的一个重要组成部分。词汇是文化信息的主要浓缩。对英语词汇的准确理解，和对语言环境的认识和创设和把握，需要对文化的比较深刻的理解。将教学注重点转移到学生的性格、兴趣、情绪等方面的培养和控制。
阅读课应该从以下几个方面再改进：
1.鼓励学生用简略的方式表述自己对文章的见解和领会，而不是复述课文；不要纠正学生的语音、语法错误，哪怕比较严重；
２．在学生对课文理解的基础上，检查学生对生词的猜测情况，既然是猜，能沾边达意就行。
3．把语言运用到实际生活中去。围绕已学课文开展各种形式的口头交流活动。比如可以复述课文，分角色扮演，讨论某个问题，调查一个项目，采访相关人士、仿写与课文相关的话题等；也可动笔对课文进行改写，列提纲、评述等。具体根据学生的具体情况而定。总之，教学方法多种多样，目的都是一致的，那就是以学生发展为本，促进他们的学习习惯和学习能力的提高。
