话题与写作。
本单元的话题是”参加社闭“，写作的切入点可以是为社会组织或机构写招聘海报。招聘海报应该有醒目的标题，让人一眼就能明了招聘内容，此类书面表达应分三个层次来写：
需要什么样的人员，即招聘职位。
、常用句型：We need a \ an ... for ...；例如：We need a cook for school dinning hall. 学校餐厅招聘一名厨师。
、或者用句型：We need you to help with...；例如：We need you to help with English. 我们需要你来教英语。
说明招聘条件。
、常用句型：Do you want to... ；例如：Do you want to teach kids music 你想要教孩子们音乐吗？
、常用句型：Are you good with... 例如：Are you good with old people 你擅长与老人们相处吗？
、常用句型：Can you do sth... 例如：Can you play the guitar 你会弹吉他吗？
、常用句型：Are you good at... 例如：Are you good at playing basketball 你擅长打篮球吗？

尊敬老人是中华民族的报传统美德。假定你是养老院（the old people＇s home）的负责人Lily，在假期即将到来之际，你想要招聘与你志同道合、愿为公益事业服务的志愿者（volunteer）。请以此为话题拟一则招聘广告。(字数在60词左右)

1、要求有爱心，善沟通。(be good at...)
2、会唱歌、跳舞。

4、会做饭、洗衣服、打扫房间等。
