First of all， the weekend is a great time for family to get together. It's good to help our parents do some housework. That can help us understand each other better and show our love for them. Secondly， we should spend time developing our interests and hobbies at the weekend. For example， I would like to choose some books to read and communicate with others after reading. Thirdly， we can take part in volunteering activities， like visiting the old people's home or doing some cleaning in public places. Last but not least， to make ourselves healthier， taking exercise is a good choice. （最后但并非最重要的）
In short， let’s make good use of our weekends.

My name is Li Hua. Today I’m glad to share my ideas about how to be good students. First of all, we must love our country and home. And we should also be honest and thankful to the people who help us. Secondly, we should work hard and be creative in study. Next, exercise can make us strong and confident. We should do more exercise and keep healthy. After that, we are expected to enjoy the beauty in our life. If we pay attention to nature, we will find the beauty everywhere. So we must protect the environment. Finally, in our free time, we should take an active part in different activities like planting trees.
All in all, if we show our love in our daily life, we can be anything we want.

Life lies in movement. Nowadays, doing sports is becoming more and more popular in China.
Sports are an important part of my life. Not only do I like watching sports games， but I valso like playing sports. I used to do a lot of sports， such as playing basketball， playing football， swimming and so on. But my favorite sport is basketball. Firstly， it can help me to keep healthy and happy. Secondly， I can make a lot of friends through playing basketball and we can share our successes and failures. Three years of junior high school life is coming to an end, during which I’ve learnt a lot.
I used to be shy and didn’t know how to get on with others at the beginning of Grade 7. However, I got relaxed later, for I found all my classmates were very friendly. Now I get on well with them. Besides, in the past three years, I’ve become more and more independent and formed some good habits.
I hope to improve myself by learning more in senior high school and then university. And I wish to be an engineer. No matter what difficulties I might meet, I’ll try my best to overcome them.
