Unit 1 Can you play the guitar
一、谈论个人能力，用情态动词can。情态动词can后面接动词原形，使用时，没有人称和数的区别。
例如：I can sing and dance.我会唱歌和跳舞.
又如：Alice can speak English.爱丽丝会说英语.
They can play chess. 他们会下国际象棋。
当要表达某人不具备何种能力的时候，将情态动词can后面加上not，构成can't。
例如：I can't play the guitar very well.我吉他弹的不是很好。
又如：Tom can't draw a good picture. 汤姆画画画的不好。
谈论某人想要参加的俱乐部，用want to be join the .... club。
例如：I want to join the music club because I like singing and dancing.
我想要参加音乐俱乐部，因为我喜欢唱歌跳舞。
又如：Tom speaks English well , so he wants to join the English club
汤姆说英语说得好，所以他想参加英语俱乐部。
注意动词play的用法：既可以表示从事某种运动，也可以表示演奏。play只有后面接乐器名称时才加上the。
例如：I like sports and I often play basketball with my classmates.
我喜欢运动，我经常和同学们一起打篮球。
又如：Alice can play chess , but she can't play the guitar.
爱丽丝会下国际象棋，但是她不会弹吉他。
关于also，too , either用于书面表达中。
also用于句中，具体位置是be动词后面，实义动词前面。例如I can speak English and I can also play soccer. 我会说英语，并且我也会踢足球。
too表示“也”，用于肯定句的句末，例如：I can sing and dance , too.我也会唱歌跳舞。
either表示“也”，用于否定句的句末，例如：Alice can't speak English. I can't speak English , either. 爱丽丝不会说英语，我也不会说英语。
关于动词like的用法。
like sth. 例如：I like bananas and apples. 我喜欢香蕉和苹果。
like to do sth. \ like doing sth. 喜欢做某事 例如：I like to stay at home and watch TV on weekends. 我喜欢周末呆在家里看电视。 又如：The boy likes reading English books in the morning. 这个男孩喜欢在早上读英语书。

学校演出招聘学生（一般用于标题）

学校演出需要学生。

一、关于时间介词的正确运用。
1、关于用at+具体时刻，表示经常做某事的表达。
例如：I usually go to school at seven o’clock.
我经常在七点钟去上学。
又如：The boy usually gets up at about 5:30 in the morning.
这个男孩通常大约在早上五点半起床。
2、关于用from ... to...表示从一段时间到另一段时间做的事情。
My radio show is from twelve o'clock at night to six o'clock in the morning.
我的电台节目是从晚上十二点点到早上六点。
又如：I have four classes in the morning. It is from eight o'clock to twelve o'clock.
我早上上四节课，从早上八点到12点。
关于on表示时间。
常见短语：on Sunday \ on Saturday morning \ on school days \ on school nights
例如：I have to get up at 6:30 on school days.
上学的日子，我不得不六点半起床。
关于for +一段时间，表示“长达”。
I play basketball for half an hour after school.
放学后，我打半个小时的篮球。
关于其它重要的句子积累。
I don't have much time for breakfast.
我没有足够的时间吃早餐。
So I usually eat very quickly.
所以我通常吃的非常快。
For lunch , I usually eat hamburgers.
作为午餐，我通常吃汉堡包。
In the evening , I either watch TV or play computer games.
