一、重点词汇考点总结
1.cross
① v.横过；穿过
【短语】cross the road 过马路
【词形变化】 across adv.过；穿过 → across from 在...对面（=opposite）
crossing n.十字路口 → at the first crossing 在第一个十字路口
②n.十字架；十字形记号
The place is marked on the map with a cross. 这个地方在地图上用十字架标记。
③adj.恼怒的；生气的
Nothing about my job makes me cross.我的工作没有什么让我生气的。
2.take/spend/pay/cost 区分
主语 句 型
take it It takes sb. + 时间 + to do sth. 过去式：took
spend 人 on sth . 人 spend + 金钱 / 时间 + 过去式：spent 单三： spends （in ）doing sth.
pay 人 人 pay + 钱 for 物. 人 pay for sth. 过去式;paid 单三：pays
cost 物 物 cost + 钱（vi.） 物 cost + sb. + 钱（vt.） 过去式：cost 单三：costs
3.front n. 前面 adj.在前面的 adv.在前面
【考点】in front of与in the front of区别
in front of 在……的前面，强调在某事物范围之外的前面。
There is a car in front of the building.大楼前面有一辆小汽车。
in the front of 在……的前面，强调在某事物范围内的前面。
There is a blackboard in the front of the classroom.教室前面有一块黑板。
4.enjoy v. 喜欢 ;享受
【词形变化】 enjoyable adj. 令人愉快的
【句型】
①enjoy sth. 喜欢某物 。 I enjoy the sunshine.我喜欢阳光。
②enjoy doing sth. 喜欢做某事。I enjoy swimming in the swimming pool.我喜欢在游泳池里游泳。
③enjoy oneself=have fun =have a good time 玩得高兴
We enjoyed ourselves last summer vacation. 去年暑假我们玩得很开心。
5.watch
① n. 手表；观察；注视→ keep a close watch 密切关注
Please keep a close watch on that man.请密切监视那个人。
②v.观看；小心；留意；照看→ watch a match 看比赛 watch out= look out 小心
Could you watch my bag for me 你能帮我照看一下我的包吗？
③ （感官动词）观看
【考点】(see/hear/notice也适用于下面两个句型）
watch+宾语+ v-ing sth. 表示观看...做某事。（强调正在进行）
I watched him playing basketball. 我看他正在打篮球。
watch +宾语+ do sth. 表示看...做了某事。（强调全过程）
My mother watched me do my homework. 我妈妈看着我做作业。
6.“到达”的表达方式区分
①get表示“到达”,后接名词需加to,接地点副词不加to. → get to school/ get there
②reach 表示到达,是及物动词，其后直接接宾语。→ reach London
③arrive in+大地点（名词）/ arrive at +小地点（名词）；接地点副词省略at/in
→arrive in Beijing/arrive at school/arrive there
7.方位介词/介词短语对比区分
in 在...内/in +大地点 in Shanghai/in China /in the classroom
at+小地点 at the first crossing /at school/at 98 Youth Street
on 在...上 The pay phone is on Green Street.
near 在...附近 There is a bookstore near my home.
next to 紧挨着... The shop is next to the park.
in front of 在...前面（外部） There is a car in front of the teaching building.
in the front of 在...前面（内部） There is a blackboard in the front of the classroom.
behind 在...后面 He is behind the door.
in the middle of 在...中间 The lake is in the middle of the park.
between ...and... 在...和...中间 There is a shop between the library and the restaurant.
across from=opposite 在...对面 The pay phone is across from the library.
across (表面）横穿 Don’t run across the street.
through (立体空间中）穿过 Going through the tunnel is so exciting.
over 越过（不接触表面） Your father is sleeping. Put a rug over him.
along 沿着... Go along this street.

①对可数名词的数量提问用How many

②对不可数名词的数量提问用How much

There be句型的就近原则
be的形式取决于离be最近那个词汇的数。 （简称：there be句型的就近原则）
