1.雪山脱险
尽管我们筋疲力尽，但是我们没有停下来，我们咬紧牙关继续挖沟槽。
Exhausted as we were, we didn’t stop. Gritting our teeth, we kept digging the trench.
我们一点一点的把雪挖出来，在经历了似乎一个世纪之后（夸张手法），我们终于成功了。
Inch by inch,we dug the snow out.After what seemed a century, we made it.
2.冰上救援
他把树枝推向我。我立刻抓住它，最终被哈利从冰冷的水中拖了出来。真是死里逃生。
He pushed the branch toward me. I grabbed immediately and was dragged out of the icy water by Harry. What a narrow escape!
3.困洞营救
No sooner had we arrived where the child was trapped than the man started to scan the surroundings.Then he inched toward the hole and stretched out to seize the child's hands, pulling him out without reserve.(动作链）
我们一到孩子被困的地方，那个男人就开始观察周国的环境，然后慢慢向洞口走去，仲手抓住孩子的手，把他完全拉了出来。
Slowly and cautiously, moving forward, we held our hands tightly in order not to be seperated.
慢慢且小心翼翼地往前走，我们紧紧地握着手，不让彼此分开。
4.情感描写: 宽慰/感谢
令我欣喜的是，在大家的帮助下，我们成功挖好了沟槽，马儿被带到山下。
To my delight, we managed to dig out the trench and took these horses down the mountain with the help of others.
我如释重负的松了口气，伸出双臂紧紧地保住了他。
I breathed a sigh of relief, throwing my arms around him and hugged him tightly.(动作双连）
我如释重负的笑了笑，心里涌起一阵感恩。
Smiling in relief, I felt a rush of gratitude.
“如果没有得到大家的帮助，我的马儿已经死了。”我感激地对大家说。“是你们来帮助我们，救了我们一命。”
If I hadn’t been given the first aid, I would have been dead.” I said to everyone gratefully.” It is you who
came to my aid and saved my life.( if I hadn't done sth, I would...虚拟语气）
三、感悟升华
天气虽然很冷，但是我的心里却感受到前所未有的温暖。
Cold as the weather was（as表示尽管，形容词提前倒装）,great warmth filled my heart like never
before.
直到那时，我才意识到团结可以战胜任何困难。
Only then did（倒装） I realize that it was unity
that（强调句）can conquer
whatever difficulty you meet.
正是这种独特的经历，让我明白，无论我们面临什么困难，主要团结一致，就能战胜它。
It is this unique experience that(it is...that强调句）made me understand whatever difficulties
we are faced with,as long as we work together/ stay united, we can conquer it.
我永远忘不了那种帮助需要帮助的人的好感觉。
I would never forget the good feeling of helping someone in need.
我突然想到，帮助别人是无价的，每个人都应该是一个救生员。
It occurred to me that helping others was priceless and everyone should be a lifeguard.
