It's important for students to have enough sleep. However, recent studies show that only less than 20% students can get enough sleep and most students just sleep 6 to 7 hours every night.
There are different reasons for it. Most students stay up late because of the heavy schoolwork while other students often spend too much time on computer games. In order to get enough sleep, I think students should do their homework at first after school. They also should keep away from computer games. What’s more, drinking a cup of milk before going to bed is a good choice.
If we make good use of time and develop good habits, we’ll have enough sleep. Then we’ll be happier and healthier.

Are Private Classes Necessary
More and More middle school students are taking all kinds of private classes at the weekend. Some people think it necessary because they can learn a lot with the teacher’s help and it can strengthen what is learned in class. Others think it unnecessary. They think students need time to relax. What’s more, the purpose of many training classes and private teachers is to make money.
I think whether a training class or a private teacher is needed just depends on the student. If you are really very weak or interested in a certain subject, maybe it’s OK for you .Be sue to choose a good class and teacher, or it could be a waste of time and money.

Growing Up Healthily!
