活动类应用文写作词块积累
近几年来,活动类作文在考察时,会与各种体裁进行结合,且对于“活动内容与形式”的考察也变的越来越灵活,需要学生去发散思维。但不管其考察形式变得如何灵活,总有一些固定的可以在活动类作文中使用的相关表达。
活动形式
活动的形式可以有:competition, contest, show, performance, exhibition, presentation, ...sharing session (分享会), lecture, workshop (研讨会、工作坊).....

【实际运用】
按计划,展览将于星期日上午8点开幕。
As scheduled, the exhibition will kick off at 8:00 on Sunday morning.

在操场:on the playground
在大剧院/礼堂:in the school hall

【实际运用】
1. 音乐节将于下周三下午5点在操场举行。
The Music Festival will be held on the playground at 5 pm next Wednesday.
2. be schedule的用法注意一下:
英语演讲比赛时间:6月15日下午2:00-5:00:地点:501教室。
The English speech contest is scheduled in Room 501 on June 1st. It will start at 2:00 pm and last for about three hours. (这里是先写地点,在写时间,则直接be scheduled+地点+时间)
我们下一次排练定于本周日7点在101号房举行。
Our next rehearsal is scheduled for this Sunday at 7 o'clock in Room 101.
(如果先写时间再写地点,那么应该是:be scheduled for +时间+地点)
3. 周六早上8:30学校门口集中。
We will gather at the school gate at 8:30 this Saturday.
首先,按计划,活动将于晚上8:00至9:00在学生俱乐部举行。
To begin with, as scheduled, the activity will be held in the student club from 8:00 to 9:00 in the evening.

以上表达常和“not only... but also...”, “which引导的非限定从”这两种句型相结合使用
活动类作文中,在介绍活动的背景信息时,如果活动已经发生过了,那么,可以在背景信息部分增加简短的语言来描写“活动反响”,以丰富内容,比如, gain great popularity among students, (be) highly spoken of, turn out to be a big/ great success,offer (provide sth. for sb. ) us a unique cultural feast/ a visual feast,impress us with a unique cultural feast/ a visual feast...

写“具体的活动过程(什么人做了什么事)、活动内容”时,常用的表达:

------如果主语不明确,前一句可改成被动句:
