Analysis of the teaching materials : This unit is about students’ reading the "online shopping" as a topic, because students are very interested in Internet, students are also interested in the topic of online shopping. From guiding students to understand how to shop online, the advantages and disadvantages of online shopping and the development prospect of online shopping. Analysis of the students：The students are from grade 7.The English level of the students is uneven. Most of them have poor foundation. So they have no interest and no confident in learning English. But some of them can receive new knowledge quickly. So teacher need to make a better teaching plan, add more interesting ideas to the lesson, attach students attentions and improve their self-confidence. At the same time, teacher need to offer more group-work opportunities in class, allowing the students to help each other. Teaching objectives： Knowledge objectives： can grasp and accurately use the key words and phrases in this unit: anyone, pay, one of, open, over, one day etc. can read about shopping online articles, introduces the method of understanding the advantages and disadvantages of the things. according to their statements on the supermarket and the pros and cons of views. Ability objectives: (1)develop their English reading skill. develop their abilities to find out key thing in the article. 3.Moral objectives: (1)share preference with others. (2) There are different perspectives to see the problem. Important point： 1. grasp and accurate use of key words and phrases in this unit; 2. read about shopping online articles, introduces the method of understanding the advantages and disadvantages of the things. Difficult point： Based on what I have learned, I state my view on the advantages and disadvantages of supermarket shopping. Step2 While-reading Fast reading and careful reading 1.Ask students to divide the paragraph . 2.Ask students to read the text to find relevant information. 3.Ask students to put the following sentence in the right order 11’ blackboard, Train student＇ability of skimming for the main idea.
