the amount of…意为“…的数量”，后+不可数n.，谓语动词用单数。
e.g.: The most amount of money was spent on clothes. 最大数量的钱花在了衣服上。

waste batteries(废旧电池)、e-waste(废旧电子)、outdated drugs(过期药品)、insecticide(杀虫剂)等。
3.其他垃圾（Other waste）：
dirt(尘土)、cigarette end(烟蒂)、disposable tableware(一次性餐具盒)、used toilet paper(污染纸张) 等。
