The glass is broken.(系表结构)
The glass was broken by the boy.(被动语态)
The door is locked.(系表结构)
The door has already/just been locked.(被动语态)
The machine is being repaired.(被动语态)
A new school will be built here.(被动语态)

One possible version:
Sportsmanship means working hard, playing fair and handling both victory and defeat with grace. I believe good sportsmanship is of vital importance.
Firstly, practising good sportsmanship wins respect. Good sportsmanship means acknowledging victories without ignoring opponents, finding ways to praise your opponents. By demonstrating your respect to your opponents, you win respect from them too. Secondly, good sportsmanship teaches children how they should behave. Kids learn the basics of sportsmanship from the adults in their lives.
In conclusion, sportsmanship is a demonstration of our own morals in real life. Therefore, good sportsmanship should be highly advocated.
