第二课时　Section A (Grammar Focus—3c)
内容分析
活动主题:本单元的语法项目是能正确使用一般将来时的基本句型。
学生要学会使用“will+do”结构和“There will be…”结构,并且能够使用more、fewer和less预测未来的城市状况。
教学目标
通过本课的学习,学生能够:
1.在教师的指导下,通过观察例句,完成任务,掌握语法结构“There will be…”。(获取信息)
2.进行分组讨论,总结讨论结果,了解一般将来时的用法及意义。(梳理整合)
3.通过对话形式的练习,使学生能够在语境中领悟和内化more、less和fewer的使用。通过在句子(语篇)中的练习,巩固和强化学生对“There will be…”结构的理解和应用。(内化应用)
4.结合学生生活实际,通过书面练习的形式,进一步运用“There will be…”结构。(迁移创新)

设计思路:本版块的设计遵循“观察—发现—归纳—练习—运用”的思路,践行英语学习活动观,落实“教—学—评”一体化原则,设计“感知理解—应用实践—迁移创新”三类活动,让学生在例句中发现语法,在练习中应用实践,在语境中迁移创新,达到活学活用的目的。

在看、读、说、写的活动中,通过观察若干例句,发现语法,总结规律【观察与发现】 Look at pictures on the screen and make a conversation. T: What will your life be like in ten years S: I’ll be an engineer./… T: What will your life be like in twenty years S: There will be more people and cars./Cities will be crowded and polluted./… Then students do exercises about the simple future tense to consolidate the grammar. 教师观察学生能否认真参与观察活动,能否自己总结规律,能否分享自己的成果与经验。教师作出鼓励性评价与启发性指导

在看、读、译、写的活动中,设计练习活动,让学生感知语法,理解意义【归纳与练习】 1.Translate the sentences in Grammar Focus on page 51 and summarize their common meanings. 2.Finish the task in 3a and 3b on page 51. 教师指导学生准确理解语法项目的意义,同时观察学生做题情况,发现共性问题,整体给予指导
设计意图 本阶段的学习活动旨在让学生理解本语法现象所传达的意义,学生通过翻译和练习,进一步感知语法所传达的意义,并能完成针对性练习【学习理解】
