第6课时 Part B Read and write & Let’s check
教学内容
Read and write 学生能够通过图片等信息，读懂促销广告，并完成看问句写答句的读后任务。学生能够按照正确的语音、语调及意群，朗读广告。在有意义的语境中，学生能够完成句子仿写活动。在语境中，学生能够理解“sale, more, us”的意思。学生能够综合运用本单元的核心词句。
Let’s check 学生能够根据图片信息，预测听力内容，做到有意识地去听录音，完成听后判断任务。在教师的引导下，学生能够仔细看图，并完成短语与图片的配对连线任务。
Let’s sing 学生能够借助图片、PPT等，了解歌词意思，并学会清晰、准确地演唱。

教学过程
Step 1: Review
1.Greetings
2. Enjoy the song--How much is that doggie in the window （出示课件）
3. Let’s review
Students look at the flashcards and say out the names quickly.
Step 2: Read and write
1. Look and say
T: Now let’s go shopping today. Write down “Go shopping” on the blackboard.
T: Because there is a big sale in the shop. Let’s go and see.
(课件出示：Read and answer图片)
Help students understand the word “sale”.
Ask some questions to lead students to look at the picture.
Q1: What can you see
Q2: What colors are they
Q3: How much are they
Q4: Are they cheap
2. Read and circle
Students read the ad and circle the things on sale.
T: What’s on sale
Ss: Sunglasses, gloves, scarves, umbrellas.

3.Read and fill
Students read the ad again by themselves and then try to fill in the blanks.
4.Check the answer
T: How much is the red scarf
Ss: It’s 5 yuan.
T: How much are the other scarves
Ss: They’re all 5 yuan.
T: Good! They’re very nice. What colour are the other scarves
Ss: They are yellow, brown and more.
Help students understand the word “more”.
5.Fill in the chart
Show a chart on the PPT.

Students try to fill in the chart.
Listen and follow
Students read the ad after the recording and then practice the sentences by themselves.
Step 3: Look and write
Look and say
T: Look at Picture 1.

Ss: They’re sunglasses.
T: How much are they
Ss: They’re 500 yuan.
T: Are they expensive
Ss: Yes. They are very expensive.
T: Look at Picture 2.
(课件出示：Look and write图二)
T: What are those
Ss: They are gloves.
T: Are they big
Ss: No. They are too small.
Write down the sentences “They are very expensive.” and “They are too small.” on the blackboard.
Let’s read
Let students read these two sentences.
Lead them to understand the usage of the words “very” and “too”.
Let’s write
Imitate the sentences. Students draw some things and write sentences to describe them.
Step 4: Let’s check
Listen and tick or cross
Students look at the pictures in “Listen and tick or cross.” by themselves.
Play the recording. (出示课件)
Students listen and tick or cross the four pictures.
Check the answers. （课件出示：答案及听力材料）
2. Look and match
Show the pictures in “Look and match.” to students.
(出示课件)
Ask students some questions.
What is it/are they
How much is it/are they
What colour is it/are they
Students look at the pictures and answer the questions.
Lead students to read the phrases one by one. Then students try to match the phrases with the pictures.
Check the answers. (课件出示:答案)
Step 5: Let’s sing
Play the cartoon. Let students to sing along with it. Then play it again and learn to sing the song.

Step 6: Homework
1. 熟读Read and answer的广告。
2. 学唱歌曲How much is that doggie in the window。
