本单元的话题是谈论食物，本节课主要是认识食物并学习如何点餐，同时也包含了中西文化的交流。

四．教学过程
Step 1: Lead-in
Watch a video about delicious food.
(设计意图：采取视频导入的方式，让学生了解A Bite Of China,从而带领学生走进 A Bite Of Class。从而激发学生的兴趣。)
Step 2: Learn some new words.
I didn’t have lunch today. So I am hungry and I’ll go to a restaurant, and the waitress gives me a menu.Let’s have a look what there are in the menu. (beef, mutton, chicken, mutton, cabbage, potatoes,tomatoes)
Step 3: Match the words with the foods.
(设计意图：通过互动白板，交互式方式让学生巩固基础单词，从而为后文的听和说做好准备。)
Step 4: practice what would you like I’d like.....句型
通过Step 3,询问学生What would you like 引出句型。 What would you like=what do you want 让学生理解该句型。并通过白板互动，生生提问方式练习句型。
Step 5: Learn specials and what kind of noodles would you like
认识课文中的特色菜，并通过询问学生的方式引出：What kind of noodles would you like I’d like......noodles.
(设计意图：通过教师引导，采用男生问，女生答。女生问，男生答的方式练习和巩固该句型和3种特色菜的表达。并为1b做听力准备。)
Step 6:引入并练习What size would you like I’d like....bowl.
展示图片，学生区分并学会大中小碗的表达。通过与同桌之间的练习巩固该句型。
（设计意图：练习句型，渗透节约食物的良好习惯，同时为小组合作进行铺垫。）
Step 7: Group work
通过小组合作，练习点餐的句型。并通过一定的评价标准，检验教学效果。
（设计意图：将Step 4-6的知识进行巩固，提升。同时通过评价，检验学生掌握知识的情况。同时为2a-2b的听力做好准备。）
Step 8: Listen 2a.2b
(设计意图：前面的练习锻炼了学生的口语表达能力。Listen 2a,2b目的是提高学生的听力能力。)
Step 9：Further-thinking
让学生理解面条的含义。 2.通过面条，拓展延伸到中国的各种各样的美食。渗透不同地区有不同食物，不同食物有不同的文化。我们要享受美食，感受文化，并将中国美食和文化传向全世界。
（设计意图：增强文化自信，并努力弘扬中国文化。）
