Then I'll present them one by one.I. Analysis of the teaching materialFirstly, I'd like to give some analysis of the teaching material. This lesson is from"Module11 Unit 1, Book of Grade7. It mainly talks about the upcoming visit of a group of Russian teachers to Lingling's school. Lingling and Betty start a conversation to discuss the different body language.Ⅱ. Analysis of the studentsThe second part is analysis of students. Students in Grade 7 still maintain some interests in English learning. Although having some basic English words and expressions, they still feel it difficult in learning this lesson. Because they a certain understanding of Chinese greetings, but not a deep understanding, and they are also interested in different greetings in other countries.Ⅲ. Teaching theories and ObjectivesAccording to the New Curriculum Standard, I set up four teaching objectives. Firstly, students can understand and use present simple and past simple tenses correctly. Secondly, students can Understand and use present simple and past simple tenses. Thirdly, students can develop comprehension skills and Improve speaking skills.IV. Analysis of the important points and difficult pointsBased on these objectives, the teaching important point is that students can master the new words and expressions. The teaching difficult point is How can students communicate with others freely and naturally by using the body languages and expressions.V.Analysis of teaching approaches and learning methodsAfter above analysis, I will talk about the teaching methods and learning methods.Students should be the main body of instruction activity, so I'll adopt Task-based teaching method , Situational teaching method and Cooperative Learning method . These methods can let students experience different ways of language study. As to the learning methods, Cooperative Learning method ,students will finish tasks individually and cooperate with others.VII. Analysis of the teaching proceduresThen, I will introduce the most important part - teaching procedures. It includes seven steps.Step 1 Lead- inAfter the daily greetings, I will ask Ss to have a free talk to arouse students' interest, and guide students to speak body movements and learn new words.Step 2 Look and learnShow some pictures of body language and match it with country. Then guess the main content of the text.Step 3 While- listeningListening for main idea, and choose the best answer.,Listening again and answer three questions in detail.Which can training students' language organization ability.Step 4 Post-listeningComplete the table and Work in group: Talk about what you do and say when you meet.By doing this, students' ability to recall, analyze, synthesize, understand and summarize would be cultivated.Play a GameDon’t use your mouth! Do it! Ask Ss express with their body language as quickly as possible to cultivate their ability thinking and reaction, also increase their interest and confidence in English learning.Step 5 SummarySummarize what they have learnt in the class include some expressions and language pointsStep 6 HomeworkSs need to Recite the different ways of greeting and Do a role-play, which can check whether Step 7 Self-evaluationThe last part is Self-evaluation.Finally, I will come to the last part: blackboard design.
