一. be动词
1. be动词的形式am, is, are。
2. be 动词的用法
be动词的形式取决于主语。
A. I 跟am I am a boy student.
B. are用于主语为复数及第二人称you
Are you in Class 1
They are in China.
C.is连着他她它或不可数名词
He is my friend. She is beautiful Milk is good for us.
3. be动词的缩写
I am=I’m he/she/it is=he’s/she’s/it’s
we/you/they are=we’re/you’re/they’re
is not=isn’t are not=aren’t
who is=who’s who are=who’re
what is=what’s
注意:
① am not不可以缩写;
② this is不可以缩写，those / these are也没有缩写形式；
③在肯定的简略回答中不可以缩写,
如“Yes, I am. ”不可以写成“Yes,I’m.”。
4. be动词在一般现在时态中的各种句型
A肯定句：主语+be+其他. She’s Mary.
B否定句：主语+be+not+其他. She isn’t Mary.
C一般疑问句：be+主语+其他 Is she Mary
D特殊疑问句：疑问词+be+主语（+其他） Who is she What’s her name

二. 指示代词
常见的指示代词有四个，如下图：
这个 那个 这些 那些
this that these those
this和these指近处的人或者物，that和those指远处的人或者物
注意：
1. 在介绍的时候，不管人还是物，近处统一使用this/these, 远处使用that/those.
如：
This is my father. These are my parents. That is Tom. Those are our teachers.
2. 指示代词的句型转换
1). —Is this/that your pen 这/那是你的钢笔吗？
—Yes,it is.是的，它是。(肯定回答)
—No,it isn’t.不，它不是。(否定回答)
2).—Are these/those your books 这些/那些是你的书吗？
—Yes, they are.是的，它们是。(肯定回答)
—No, they aren’t.不，它们不是。(否定回答)
此处，答句中不可以使用these.
3. These days还可指近期；近来
4.电话用语:Hello,This is Tom,who’s that
5. how many询问可数名词的数量,how much询问不可数名词的数量或询问物品价格.
