She is about 30 years old. She loves me very much because I learn English well and I always do the best in her class.

Next year it’s me in the spotlight
Two weeks ago, I celebrated my 15th birthday. I was very happy because at school, my friends had decorated (装饰) the inside of my locker. It was a pleasant surprise. Inside, they had taped (粘) paper balloons to the inside of the door, and hung (挂) a birthday card from the shelf. Every time I visited my locker that day, I had a smile on my face.
I did not have a birthday party this year, but I still felt it was a very special day. Throughout the day, people wished me a happy birthday in the hallways between classes. My birthday also happened to be on the day of the winter choir (合唱团) concert. Before we played, the whole choir (over 200 students) sang “Happy Birthday” to me!
My aunt made my birthday even better by giving me the best present ever. She gave me the newest iPod nano video! I had wanted an iPod since 2002. Now, I listen to it every day. It reminds me of my aunt ... and my fifteenth birthday!
