形容词的比较级和最高级
1.规则变化
构成方法 原级 比较级 最高级
单音节及少数双音节词 一般情况下，加-er或-est long cold longer colder longest coldest
以不发音的字母e结尾的词，加-r或-st nice late nicer later nicest latest
以“辅音字母+y”结尾的词，变y为i，再加-er或-est easy happy easier happier easiest happiest
以一个辅音字母结尾的重读闭音节词，先双写这个辅音字母，再加-er或-est big thin bigger thinner biggest thinnest
部分双音节或多音节词 在词前面加more或most beautiful more beautiful most beautiful
2.不规则变化
少数形容词的比较级和最高级是不规则的，需单独记忆。

注意：有些形容词没有比较级和最高级，如：right，wrong，favourite等。
