Do you want to live a happier life Try laughing for no reason. That’s how millions of people start their day at Laughter Yoga(瑜伽) Clubs around the world, and many doctors now think that having a good laugh might be one of the best ways to stay healthy.
The first Laughter Yoga Club was started in Mumbai, India, in 1995 by Dr. Madan Kataria , “ Young children laugh about 300 times a day. Adults laugh between 7 and 15 times a day,” said Kataria. “ Everyone’s naturally good at laughing. We want people to feel happy with their lives.”
A five-year study in California shows that laughter can alleviate stress and improve our health.
So, what is laughter Yoga？I went to my nearest laughter Yoga Club to find out. I was quite nervous at first. , because I thought laughing with a group of strangers could make me look silly. Our laughter teacher told us to clap(拍) our hands and say “ho ho ho , ha ha ha .”He said our bodies couldn’t tell the difference between fake laughter and real laughter, so they both worked . Ten minutes later, everybody in the room was laughing for real. At the end of the class, I was surprised by how relaxed and comfortable I felt.
As Dr. Kataria said, “When you laugh, you change, and when you change, the world changes around you.” So if you’re under stress, just start laughing.

Carlos, Marie and their three-year-old little brother Mosh had some free time before dinner. There was a TV show about fire safety, so they watched it. The show was about to end when Mrs. Garza said, "Wash your hands. It's time for dinner."
