本课教学内容为外研版新标准七年级上册Module 2 My family 的Unit 1 Is this your mum? 本课的主要学习内容是贴近孩子生活的家庭成员，包括 father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, brother and sister.本课的重点句型是This is my...通过介绍家庭成员以巩固此句型。
Why---语篇传递的主题意义
通过学习课文和学生好老师的对话中让学生能够在真是的语境中学会询问他人的家庭和学会介绍自己的家庭情况。
How---文体结构、语言特点及功能
本节课的活动是围绕着询问他人的家庭和学会介绍自己的家庭展开，从谈论Tony’s family开始，介绍了家庭成员的单词，围绕玲玲询问托尼的家庭情况，介绍了人物之间的关系。
教学目标：
学习能力目标：
1. 能听，说，读，家庭成员单词（aunt, brother, daughter, family, grandfather, grandmother, grandparent, mother, parent, father, sister, son, uncle, these, mum, dad, who, woman, husband, those）。
2. 懂得this, these, that, those的用法。
3. 学会介绍自己的家庭。
思维品质目标：
通过教学，能够介绍父母的工作单位和职业，培养用英语进行社交活动的基本能力，有助于激发学生的学习动机和参与热情，培养学生学习语言的兴趣。
文化意识目标：
西方国家成员之间如何称呼，及family的由来。
教学重难点
重点：掌握家庭成员重点词汇以及懂得this, these, that, those的用法
难点：用介词描述人或物的基本方法。
