Every week, a group of students from Cherry Creek High School come to help old people with anything technology-related (相关的) at an old people's home. The volunteers are from a group called Generation Technology, it was set up by students a few years ago.
When the holidays come, the group helps the old keep connected (保持联系) with loved ones. "A lot of people don't live close to their family, and it's a really important thing. So being able to set up video communication and bring people closer during the holidays is meaningful," said Sunker, the leader of the group.

It's something the old like Sandy Washington are thankful for. "I have difficulty using modern technology. I do," Sandy Washington said. For Sandy Washington, seeing the students every week is something she looks forward to. "We really welcome these kids," she said.
