1. 长元音/ /：舌后部向软腭抬起，舌身后缩，双唇收圆，并向前突出，声带振动。
2. 短元音/ /：发音时嘴巴要张大，舌身放平，舌位较低，双唇稍稍收圆，发音短促，振动声带。口形比长元音/ /更大一点。
