Language Points
Jazz musicians are great because they make up the music while playing.
爵士音乐家是伟大的，因为他们在演奏时创作音乐。
make up 意为“编，编造”，为“动词+副词”结构，名词作宾语时位于up前后都可，代词作宾语时只能位于make和up之间。
e.g. The teacher often asks us to make up dialogues in class.
