Language points
分数的表达：分子用基数词，分母用序数词。分子大于1的时候，分母用序数词的复数形式：
one third: 三分之一； two thirds: 三分之二； four fifths: 五分之四； one quarter: 四分之一
分数后的名词如果是可数名词复数，主语视作复数；
如果是可数名词单数或者不可数名词，主语视作单数。

Language points
population:人口，人口数量，全体居民。
既可以是可数n,也可以是不可数n，一般用单数形式；做主语谓语动词可以用单数也可以用复数，通常用单数。
表示人口多要用big或large修饰；表示人口少用small来修饰。
询问有多少人口时，要用what提问。

当表示“人口的百分比，几分之几”时，谓语动词用复数形式.
Fifty percent of the population in Dongguan are from other provinces.
