教学过程 Step l.Read for analysis 1. T leads students to read the title and asks about their understanding of the title. 2.T asks students to read the text fast and get the main idea of the text. 3.T guide Ss to learn some words. 4.T guide Ss to read Li Yue's story and analyse the structure. 5.T guides students to read the text carefully and find the reasons why the runners run and the benefits of running. Step 2.Read for deep thinking 1.T leads students to think further about the aspects in which the runners' life get better and asks them to talk about their understanding of the text again. 2.T asks the Ss to talk about the benefit of doing sports. Step 3.T asks Ss to make an interview about their own experiences in a sports meeting and invites them to perform it. Step 4.Summary and homework. Students read the title Students read the title and talk about their understanding of the title. Students read the text and get the main idea of the text. Ss learn some words and expressions. Ss read the story and find the structure. Find the reasons and the benefits. Think about how the runners' life got better and talk about their understanding of the title.
