资源简介 新外研版高中英语必修一 Book 1 Unit 1 Developing ideas 教学设计●Material学习内容Developing ideas板块(见教材P8-Pl0)。本部分学习内容为一篇访谈,以采访问题为线索,从四个主要方面对该校毕业生Lisa Osborne进行采访。内容涉及Lisa Osborne进入高中面对新的挑战、困难、挫折和失败时她的态度和做法。●Discourse analysis文本解读High School Hints一文涉及Lisa Osborne在高中之初的学习和生活的经历、态度和应对措施,即:Lisa利用Orientation Day了解学校和同学,同时还交到新朋友;面对开学第一周的化学测试Lisa初感焦虑而后快速调整心态正确面对;面对高中学习生活中的失望和挫折时Lisa的情绪和态度。Lisa回答采访者问题的同时给出了一些切实可行的建议供高一新生参考。该访谈教导学生:面对挑战,不怕失败;面对失败,不沮丧、不灰心,要不忘初心;还应学会“赠人玫瑰”。本文采用了“question一answer'”语篇组织模式,以对话的方式推进,语言交际性强。重点词汇主要涉及本单元主题语境下词汇,如:opportunity,deal with,challenges,fail,keep an open mind,keep working hard,feel good,suggestions等,句式主要涉及描述自己经历的过去式和表建议的句型,如:I even made some new friends,Just keep an open mind,I'd better等真实地记录了Lisa高中生活之初的经历、感受、态度和应对举措。●Understanding the textbook教材教学活动解析活动要求 活动认知分析 实施建议及说明1.Think about what you want to achieve at high school and rank your goals in order of importance. ★依据话题词块,选择话题内容,为进一步了解Lisa高中生活建立信息关联; ★活动属于感知、注意。 建议:课前让学生思考几个问题: 1.What do you think of high school 2.What do you want to achieve most at high school 3.What challenges have you met in your senior high so far and how did you deal with them 说明:第一,激活学生对本话题已知已学;第二,对前面知识简单总结,同时为本节课的学习做铺垫。2.Look at the word cloud and the picture.Predict what is talked about in the interview. Read the interview and check your prediction. ★依据主题词块,预测语篇内容,为进一步了解Lisa的高中生活建立关联、形成阅读期待; ★活动属于感知、注意; ★阅读、获取Lisa高中之初学习和生活的主要内容,形成与自己预测内容的比较,激发学生探究主题语境的兴趣; ★活动属于获取、梳理。3.Scan the interview and answer the questions. ★阅读文本、回答问题。根据问题了解Lisa高中之初学习和生活的经历及反应。深入理解语篇,探究主题意义; ★活动属于获取与梳理、分析并阐释。 建议:以思维导图形式构建信息结构图form a mind map about problems and suggestions. 说明:以思维导图的形式对文本信息和语言的内化梳理更充分。★理解与赏析“If you fail,no problem---next time you will fail better'”深入理解主题的隐含意义; ★活动属于阐释、评价; ★赏析格言“Be a rainbow in somebody else's cloud”,深入理解主题的延伸意义。联系自己、评价Lisa的建议并发现对自己最有用的建议。同时审视自己的高中学习生活并向Lisa寻求帮助; ★活动属于理解内化运用、迁移创新。 建议:先处理第一个和第二个问题,再处理第三个和第四个问题。 说明:前两个问题和后两个问题属于不同思维层次。4.Work in groups.
