Unit 9 Human biology 教案设计
单元主题 本单元主题语境是“人与社会”，涉及的主题语境内容是人体生物学，人类与克隆的关系，人类大脑的作用以及人类与流行病之间的关系。本单元从探究人类身体和思想的功能开始，引入对于人体身体极限的实验，然后又依次讲到人类与克隆的关系，人类大脑的作用以及人类与传染病的关系，帮助学生全面了解人类自身身体和思想的功能，使学生意识到要合理健身，正确思考，进一步了解人体生物学的知识，学会正确看待克隆问题，增加对流行病的了解。
单元目标 语言能力目标 能够理解人体生物学相关的文章内容，听懂并谈论人体生物学相关的话题，恰当使用所学词汇、句型描述克隆、流行病等问题；能够学会归纳概括文本内容；能够表达自己对克隆以及流行病的观点。 文化意识目标 能够初步了解人体生物学的有关话题内容，形成对克隆及流行病等话题的正确观点，培养对于人体生物学的兴趣爱好。 思维品质目标 能够通过判断、分析，准确获取语篇中有关人体生物学的相关信息，形成对克隆和流行病的正确看法，并在此基础上联系自身实际，有逻辑地介绍克隆和流行病。 学习能力目标 能够通过了解人体生物学的有关内容，激发研究探索的兴趣；能够多渠道获取英语学习资源；能够选择恰当的策略与方法，监控、评价、反思和调整自己的学习内容和进程。

内容分析 本部分包含对于人类身体和思想功能的探讨，第一段听力材料是介绍人类身体和思想的功能，第二段听力材料是科学家做的关于人类身体极限的实验。
教学目标 通过讨论人类身体和思想的功能，帮助学生了解自己，懂得合理健身和保持积极的思想； 介绍人类身体和思想的功能，并探究如何充分利用二者。
