Using language(Interpersonal relationships&Saying no politely)板块。本部分教学内容为：
Interpersonal relationships部分，学习处理人际关系的话题语言，并拓展主题词汇。Saying no politely部分，了解EQ在人际交往中所扮演的重要的角色；听三组礼貌拒绝对方要求的对话，然后在规定的场景中进行表演，并将所学话题语言用于自己设计的情境对话中。
