动词时态
一般现在时 / 一般过去时 / 一般将来时 / 现在进行时
我经常在学校食堂吃饭。
我吃过早饭了。
我现在正在吃午饭。
放学后，我将会回家吃晚饭。
一般现在时+单三式
①表示事物的特征。
The sky is blue. 天空是蓝色的。
Chengdu is very hot in Summer . 成都夏天很热
②表示经常性的行为。
常与 always, often, usually, everyday...等词连用。
I often get up early every morning. 我通常每天都要早起。
He always helps other people. 他总是帮助别人。
③表示客观事实和普遍真理。
The sun rises in the east. 太阳从东方升起。
The earth goes around the sun. 地球绕着太阳转。
Knowledge is power. 知识就是力量。
一般现在时的形式
形式 例句
be 动词的一般现在时 am is are I am a student.
We are good friends.
实意动词的一般现在时 动词原形 动词单三式 We play football on Sundays. He likes English very much.

Q:动词单三式怎么变？
①当主语是第三人称单数时，谓语变为单三式。
一般在词尾加 –s
例：work—works leave --- leaves swim --- swims get --- gets
②以字母s，x，ch，sh 或o结尾的词加-es
例：pass--- passes fix ---fixes teach --- teaches go--- goes wash--- washes
③以辅音字母加y结尾的词，先变y为i再加-es
例：study --- studies carry --- carries fly --- flies cry --- cries
注意：情态动词无人称变化！
